Her acting career is going from strength to strength.
And Lily Collins looked to be relishing her time on the set of her latest feature-length film To The Bone in Los Angeles on Thursday.
The 27-year-old burst into a fit of laughter as she chatted to a co-star while clinging on to a bright orange pillow.
At one stage she looked snug dressed in a full-length quilted brown coat as she pulled a large travel case behind her.
Her character Ellen looked like she was preparing to go on a lengthy journey given that she was also carrying a large dark green backpack.
The petite star tied her brown hair up and finished her outfit with a pair of black shades and some black leather shoes.
Director Marti Noxon was full of praise for Lily in an interview with Deadline.
She said: ‘Lily is a rare bird. She’s got a depth of feeling and heart that immediately won me over. I feel blessed to be working with a young woman with such talent, beauty and brains.’
Meanwhile, Collins told the publication: ‘I’m incredibly honored to be part of such a powerful story of love, self-doubt, and the courage it takes to fight for survival.
‘I believe this film has the potential to shine a light on something that’s becoming more prevalent within our society every day and let those suffering know they’re not alone.’
According to Variety, ‘Collins will portray an emotionally ravaged young artist from a broken home and (Carrie) Preston will play her stepmother — an overbearing, chatty woman who is fighting to help save her. (Keanu) Reeves will play a doctor with an unorthodox style who pushes Collins’ character to choose life and commit to getting better.’
